COMMON QUESTIONS

Q.     When can I Check-in?

           You can check in from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, your Luggage can be placed in the hotel Lobby until you can check into your room. If               the room is cleaned and ready to move into before 3 p.m., you can check in earlier. Please contact the hotel for more information.

           Early check-in from 12 a.m. which costs EUR 15 and can be used depending on availability. If you have booked directly through our                     website and the room is available upon arrival, early check-in from 13 p.m is free of charge.

Q.     When do I have to check-out?

          You can use your room until 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you would like to check out after 11.00 a.m. please contact the                reception. Please note that there is a charge for late check-out after 11 a.m. Late check-out is possible until 14 p.m.,subject to availability,            and the fee is 25.00 EUR. From 14.00 p.m, 15.00 EUR per hour.

Q.    Can I take my dog with me to the hotel?

         Dogs are welcome in the hotel, with the exception of Aggressive dogs, but must be requested and registered before arrival. Cost per dog             9,00€ per night, Without food and caring. 

         We ask our guests with consideration NOT to let the dog in the bed, In case of soiling and damage, the cost of replacement or cleaning               will be subsequently included in the bill.

Q.    How can I ensure that this reservation is guaranteed even if I arrive late?

         Please contact the hotel so that you can secure your reservation even if you are late. The contact information of the hotel can be found on           the hotel website.

Q.    How can I change or cancel my reservation?
